Checking providers covered by patient’s insurance that could solve the issue.
Contacting them and setting up a solution for the patient.
Following up on request completion and patient satisfaction.
This plan is created to streamline the handling times of the different requests so that they are completed sooner, ensuring the patient’s satisfaction, and relieving the medical practitioner of the need to manage them so that they can focus on what they do best: taking care of their patients.
