Location: Caracas, Venezuela (on-site work).
Responsibilities:

- Manage requirements of patients and health personnel.

Requirements:
- Advanced English level.
- Residing in Caracas (essential).
- Orientation to service and detail of processes.
- Punctuality and compliance with rules.
- Comply with a daytime, full-time and face-to-face workday from Monday to Saturday. You work on a Saturday every 15 days.

Bilingual Data Analyst (English essential)
Location: Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. (on-site work).
Objectives of the position:
Be part of the Data Analysis team in the efforts related to the collection, depuration and interpretation of data for the presentation of useful information in the decision making of the company and its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update databases.
- Collect data from different sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for the measurement of internal processes and those of our clients.
- Interpret data and analyze results.
- Prioritize information needs based on organizational requirements.
- Detect and present opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences, Economics or related field.
- One year of experience.
- Be resident in Santo Domingo (essential).
Essential knowledge and skills:
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel.
- Tableau.
- Dashboard design.
- Analysis of data.
- Mathematics and statistics.
- Methodical and logical approach.
- Power BI, SQL and Knime (desirable).
